Our opening times

Our shops are opened every day of the year, from 8 a.m. straight through to 10 p.m. We open on saturdays and festive days with no exception, which is so convenient if you need to wash, for example, table clothes or any garments, urgently, in a bank day.

How much do the washing and the drying cost?

The wash cycle up to 12Kg costs 5 Euros and includes all the necessary products. The drying cycle of up to 15Kg costs 5 Euros.

Do I need to take my own washing powder or the conditioner?

No, you don´t. Our machines are automatic and include the dosing of all the products: soap, conditioner and sanitizer. Unlike other self-service laundries we include the products in the price of the washing.

What to do for the washing?

What the sanitizer is?

It is a last generation product based on active oxygen which guarantees the disinfection of the article as well as of the machinery in every wash.

Which program to use?

The washing machines has 4 different washing programs: For very delicate clothes, choose “The cold wash” (20º). This is the only program with no pre-wash..
All the other programs ("Warm", "Hot" and "Very Hot ") include a pre-wash. PFor blankets and comforters choose “The warm wash” program (35º) Use “The Hot wash" program for the normal clothes and " Very hot wash "program for white clothes like sheets and towels.

Am I allowed to wash carpets?

No. It is totally prohibited to wash carpets in our machines because once wet they weight too much.

Can I pay with any currency?

Yes. Our machines accept coins of 0,10 €, 0,20 €, 0,50 €, 1 € and 2 €. There is also a changing machine that changes paper money into coins and tokens.

How does the changing machine work?

You only have to introduce the paper money into the machine and you will have 4 tokens back and the rest left in euros coins. The tokens can be used both in the washers and the tumble dryers.

Do I have to stay in the laundry until de cycle finishes?

Our washing machines shows the time left to finish the cycle ( 30 minutes) anytime, so you can stay away temporarily, for a few minutes, if you wish so. Nevertheless, remember that you must comeback before the cycle finishes because the door of the washing machine is opened automatically once the spin is over.

Do I have to pay to spin the clothes?

No, you don´t. Every cycle finishes with a spin of the clothes. Nevertheless, some of these machines offer the possibility of a “Spin only” ( 1€ ) that you can use if you bring your clothing already clean but wet. It is totally prohibited to dry wet clothes if they haven’t been previously centrifuged.

How long does the drying cycle take?

The use of the tumble dryers is even easier than the washer machine. You just have to select a program that changes the temperature of the dryer and press the star button.
The complete drying cycle takes 37 minutes. Nevertheless, if you have introduced just a few clothes they will dry off before and if you wish so you can check it by opening the door for a few seconds. Remember not to take more than 2 minutes, if the clothes need more time, or the program will end.

Why clothes dried up in your machines are easier to iron than the ones dried up in my house tumble dryer?

The drying of the clothes is done by condensation, not for air drying. That means that tumble dryers, extract the dampness from the clothes, drying off progressively. That avoids the appearance of superficial dryness in the clothes therefore no wrinkles , not even folds, do appear.
